Under her leadership as Founder & CEO, KAYARA has grown into a purpose-driven platform connecting women artisans and small entrepreneurs across Bangladesh with sustainable market opportunities.

With over a decade of experience in ethical fashion and social entrepreneurship, Irin designed KAYARA to go beyond commerce—ensuring fair income, skill development, and long-term economic independence for women, while preserving Bangladesh’s rich craftsmanship.

Beyond KAYARA, Irin serves as President of the Bangladesh Women Fashion Designer Society (BWFDS) and is the founder of Deshiyana, a heritage brand that empowers rural women artisans by bringing traditional Bangladeshi products to global markets.
